But unlike a stained hotel mattress in Russia, this is not a problem that can be solved by turnover (Report Cards)

As you know, there has been a lot of turnover in the Trump White House in the past year. In this photo from last year’s State of the Union, eight high-ranking staffers are no longer working for Trump. Trump seems to think that bringing in new people is going to help put his presidency on the right track. But unlike a stained hotel mattress in Russia, this is not a problem that can be solved by turnover. --Stephen Colbert
It has been rumored that Trump is going to nominate his personal physician to manage the Department of Veterans Affairs, despite the fact that his doctor has no experience managing a large bureaucracy.
